So Eco Finishing Brush

So Eco Finishing Brush
I've been wanted to expand my makeup brushes lately so when I was strolling around TK Maxx I picked up this So Eco Finishing Brush, I didn't really know what the brush was meant to be used for but I like these style brushes to buff in my foundation so I got it anyway to try it out, if it wasn't good to apply foundation I could find other uses for it and it's eco-friendly too!

I found out this brush is meant to be used for applying blush but sometimes you just have to break the rules! I didn't want to use it at first because the bristles were white and it looked too good to ruin but I had to use it at some point so I started to buff in my foundation as I normally would with my Real Techniques Buffing Brush. I was so amazed at how this made my skin look flawless and buffed my foundation out evenly, for a brush that isn't meant to be used to apply foundation it did such a good job of it.

So Eco Finishing Brush

First things first packaging, all of the packagings including the brush is made from recycled & sustainable materials! - The packaging is PEFC approved board from managed forests, even the clear plastic window is made from corn starch! Now that's something I've never heard of, and it makes me feel even better about buying something that helps the environment. The handle is made from bamboo and the bristles are cut to two different lengths to deliver the right amount of blush onto the cheeks but in my case this buffs my foundation out like a dream, the bristles are super soft and the head of the brush is the perfect size to get into every little nook and cranny on my face.

So Eco Finishing Brush

I'd seen these brushes a lot before I thought about buying them and now I wish I had brought it sooner, and I can't wait to get more! I love how it doesn't leave streaks or lines in my makeup, and I'm very glad I picked this up. I can't believe how cheap it was too, only costing £4.99 which I think is a great price for a great brush that I will be using a lot from now on - Money well spent I say.

Have you tried these brushes before? What are your thoughts?
